Dare to Lead Workshop

Monday 29 April @ 8:30 am - Tuesday 30 April @ 5:00 pm

We often meet up with others in the same line of work, and discuss  ‘how’ we can support each other in our quest to bring more heart-based connection and wellbeing to the community.

We feel by sharing the work and events of others, it means for those looking for that approach, they may be closer to what they need.

Our ‘ears pricked up’ when we heard that Anna was bringing this Dare to Lead training based on Dr Brené Brown’s research, we were interested.

Why? We love Dr Brené Brown’s work and refer to it often. It most definitely aligns with our own philosophies and approaches.

Dare to LeadTM Workshop

How do we develop braver more daring leaders? How do you imbed the value of courage in your culture to navigate change and drive performance results?

Based on the research of Dr Brené Brown, Dare to LeadTM is an empirically based courage-building program for Leaders and Change Agents. Brené is a research professor at the University of Houston where she holds the Huffington Foundation – Brené Brown Endowed Chair at The Graduate College of Social Work. She is the author of five #1 New York Times bestsellers including Dare to Lead, which also debuted at #1 on The Wall Street Journal and Publisher’s Weekly list.

What is Dare to LeadTM Training?

Leadership courage is a collection of four learnt skills. In this two-day workshop you will learn how to build brave cultures & drive performance by:

  • +  Navigating Vulnerability
  • +  Leading with Values
  • +  Building Trust
  • +  Rising from Setbacks

Participants explore Dr Brené Brown’s research, complete a leadership assessment and learn how to connect, navigate difficult conversations and hold other’s accountable for success.

Delivered by certified Dare to LeadTM facilitator Anna Ranaldo (CDTL).
