Purchase a number of sessions at once and receive a coupon code which can then be shared with employees to purchase and book specific sessions using the coupon code. This means that the employee does not need to pay and claim back for the session(s) and you can be kept informed as to how many session credits are remaining.  The coupon is valid for one year.

In exceptional circumstances some level of refund is available if not used after a year, which can be discussed and worked out with you.
